Planning and Execution of Trade Marketing ProgramsFormulate quarterly and annual budget, in conjunction with the COM and TMIs.Budgeting to be done in line with differential costs of each channel of sales and engagement level and market tierFacilitate roll-out of CCP activities, drive and track their productivityCoordinate closely with Circle team for implementation of planned activitiesVendor ManagementSource new vendors for cost effectiveness of POS materials.To do quarterly vendor evaluationsEnsure closure of POsB. VisibilityPlan and implement merchandizing visibility programs as per AOP Micro Planning, D-sat & Mystery Shopping scores in conjunction with COMs & TMEs.Liaison with local/ cross-regional multiple vendors to ensure speed-to-market and cost effectivenessInnovate towards improving longevity and cost-effectiveness of merchandizingUndertake one unique merchandising innovation each quarter.C. BrandingEnsure compliance with branding norms at Trade/ KDs/ TSRA / ISPsInterface with Marketing for developing new branding & POS solutionsD. Cost and Process complianceCost per AcquisitionMonitor and analyze CPA on a monthly basis for allocated circlesUndertake cost innovation measures continuallyProcess ComplianceComply with the SOM-specified requirements on Trade Marketing. Interface with the regional commercial manager to ensure timely vendor payments. Prepare cogent data analysis of effectiveness of money spentEnsure all action points post D- Sat study on visibility and Mystery shopping are undertaken.EngageShare with colleagues, individually and collectively, during every review meeting the data analysis about CPA and effectiveness of money spent Share with team and sales HO all special initiative undertaken.E. 3P ManpowerEvaluation & Finalization of 3P manpower agencies.Pay-roll processing and incentivizationPerformance evaluation, Productivity trackingOther Job Requirements7 to 12 days pm of market workingQualifications :Education: MBA (Marketing)Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience
